At Socialsquare Magnus normally works hands on with client projects focusing on innovation, product- and service development, innovation and develops and facilitates process and organisational changes.
Thomas Madsen-Mygdal

At the age of 17 Thomas founded Denmark’ first internet company, Mondo. Since then he has been involved in numerous growth companies, currently the photo and video sharing service 23. Thomas is a converging point for digital pioneers, has a unique international network, and as organizer of the annual Reboot conference Thomas has helped put Denmark on the digital world map. Thomas is on the board of directors and advisory board in a number of companies including Aarstiderne and Saxo.com. At Socialsquare Thomas is a visionary Duracell rabbit. He is always two steps ahead and sets the digital agenda with his legendary talks and radical workshops. With more than 15 years of experience as an internet entrepreneur, Thomas is always ready for action and turns visions into practical value for the companies he advises and is involved with. Thomas always makes a difference from minute one.
Martin Sønderlev Christensen
Partner
Martin is one of Denmark’s leading experts on social interaction design, web culture and user-driven innovation. He holds a Ph.d in social computing from the IT-university of Copenhagen where he also work as an external professor and examiner in the information and media sciences. Martin is a much-requested speaker that will gladly bring 170 colorful slides to a 20 minute presentation. Customers experience Martin as a excellent advisor and product developer. He has a talent for illustrative models and design of high-level wireframes and is often seen sketching and visualizing his analyses. Martin understands the need for both big visions and small details and knows how to tie many complex elements together in a clear package focused on user experience. Martin understanders the internet and has much experience turning business, vision and strategy into concepts suitable for the social internet.
Emil Devantie
Developer
Emil has many years of experience developing software and web solutions and has implemented websites, CMS and blogging platforms for both private and public organizations. Emil holds a bachelors degree in Information Science and is currently working on a MSc in Software and Technology Development at the IT University of Copenhagen. Emil is fascinated by social media and networks and an avid follower of technology.
Kim Blangsted Henriksen
Advisor
Kim works with a wide range of Socialsquare's projects. He deals with building up processes, concepts and communication and is highly involved in working with customers. Kim holds a MSc in Economic Geography and has extensive knowledge about innovation, network strategy, experience economy and business development. Before moving to Socialsquare, Kim worked in the public sector with business development, strategies, city branding, stakeholder involvement and social media.
Kasper Fisker Kofoed
Kasper works with research, translations, communications and general machinations behind the scenes at Socialsquare. Kasper is involved in what Socialsquare presents to the world and how we conduct business, while also doing a lot of background research, assisting at workshops and lending a helping hand where it is needed. Kasper holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Communications from Copenhagen Business School and is currently studying a MSc in E-business at the IT University of Copenhagen
Nicolaj Engelbreth Nielsen
Designer
Nicolaj works with the visuals, making illustrations, wireframes, rapports, business-prototypes and -models. Nicolaj has been drawing and designing since an early age and he love graphic design and art. He graduated in 2010 as Multimediedesigner and now he is studying for a Bachelor’s degree in E-concept development on KEA.
